Having started out with a strong background in commerce and economics, it was only a matter of time before Wouter applied his knowledge of the science of money to managing the ultimate investment - Property. In 2008 he established Ambercom Property Management and as a business owner has overseen property management services for various Sectional Title and Full Title Residential and Commercial developments over the years. As a team renowned for finding the balance between people and property, and to manage investments professionally, Ambercom has grown from strength to strength and naturally needed to find a partner to help them keep up with the demands of a growing business. With the added support of advanced technology, infrastructure, and scalability, Wouter and his team found that ideal partnership as part of the ASI family, and currently manage more than 140 complexes as Ambercom Strategic Investments Property Management, now ASI Property Management.

After completing her BA and LLB Degrees at Wits University, Benita decided early on in her career that her areas of expertise would focus on Risk, Legal and Compliance matters. She has since gone on to gain 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, has been accredited as a Compliance Practitioner (Cprac) and, in 2014, was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court. She has extensive experience in the Regulatory Environment, backed by RE5 and RE1 certifications, with proven experience with POPIA, FAIS, FIC, LTI, STI and Sectional Title Acts. She is responsible for training, legal drafting, policy drafting, legal advisory, dispute resolution and liasing with Regulators. Her experience in the Short Term Insurance industry has given her valuable insights into the world of Sectional Titles, Property Management and Property Managers.
